Section 1: Service description

Deciqor is a skill-based decision quality evaluation platform. You pay a one-time evaluation fee (typically €99 to €499 depending on tier) to access a 30-day simulated evaluation against published rules.

All trading is simulated. No real money is traded on markets; no financial instruments are purchased or sold for your account. Price information is sourced read-only from public third-party APIs (including Polymarket-style data) for evaluation purposes only.

Deciqor is not a broker, financial adviser, bookmaker, gambling operator, investment firm, or regulated financial service. We provide software-as-a-service (SaaS): a decision quality assessment environment, not market execution or advice.

Section 2: Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  • The service is not available in restricted jurisdictions, including without limitation: United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, and any other jurisdiction where local gambling, CFD, betting, or similar laws prohibit access. We may update this list; continued use from a prohibited region is a breach of these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, with or without cause.
  • Accounts must use accurate information. Multi-accounting (operating more than one account to circumvent limits) is prohibited.

Section 3: Single evaluation policy

  • During the beta phase, one active evaluation per account is permitted.
  • A new evaluation may be purchased only after the current evaluation has completed, failed, or expired.
  • After fail or expiry, you may purchase a new evaluation at the then-current full list price for that tier.

Section 4: Evaluation fees & pricing

  • Starter: €99 (€5,000 virtual account)
  • Sharp: €199 (€10,000 virtual account)
  • Oracle: €499 (€25,000 virtual account)
  • Discounts are only available via referral credits earned by inviting other users (see Program Rules).

All fees are non-refundable once the evaluation has begun (including after the first trade is placed), except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

EU cooling-off: where the Consumer Rights Directive applies, you may have 14 days from purchase to cancel if the evaluation has not started (no trades placed). Once started, the service is treated as performed with your agreement.

Payments are processed via Stripe; Stripe’s terms and privacy policy also apply.

Section 5: Evaluation rules (locked)

The following parameters apply unless your order confirmation states otherwise:

  • Profit target: +10%
  • Maximum drawdown: -10% (hard fail)
  • Daily maximum loss: -5% (hard fail)
  • Minimum closed trades: 30
  • Minimum trading days: 10
  • Maximum position per trade: 5% of balance
  • Maximum total open exposure: 25% of balance
  • Evaluation duration: 30 calendar days
  • Bet delay: 5 seconds
  • Minimum holding time: 30 seconds
  • Spread: 2% round trip (1% per side)
  • One open trade per market per user (no overlapping positions on the same market).

Section 6: DQS scoring system

The Decision Quality Score (DQS) is a 0-100 measure of decision quality. Details are published in the DQS Academy. DQS determines your reward share (typically 80-99% of eligible simulated profits) after you pass. DQS updates with every closed trade. The methodology is intended to be transparent and deterministic as described in product documentation.

Section 7: Post-evaluation (Deciqor Pro)

  • Passing the evaluation grants Deciqor Pro status on that account.
  • The virtual account resets to nominal (€5,000 / €10,000 / €25,000 per tier). You continue under the same rules framework.
  • You may submit one payout request per calendar month subject to Program Rules.
  • Minimum payout: €50 (or as stated at checkout).
  • Payouts are processed manually by Deciqor within 5 business days of approval (subject to verification and compliance).
  • Payouts are sent by bank transfer to the IBAN provided in your account settings (or as otherwise verified).

Section 8: Prohibited activities

You must not:

  • Operate multiple accounts or share credentials.
  • Use automation, bots, or scripts to place trades.
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities (report security issues to zdnkjk8@gmail.com; we may offer recognition at our discretion).
  • Submit fraudulent payment disputes or misuse chargebacks.
  • Hedge or coordinate trading across accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems except as permitted by law.
  • Engage in any activity designed to bypass evaluation rules or mislead verification.

Section 9: Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if fraud or gaming is suspected, for legal compliance, or if you request closure.

Upon termination: pending payouts for passed evaluations may still be processed where lawfully due; active evaluations may be forfeited at our discretion if termination is for breach. Fees are not refunded except where required by law.

Section 10: Intellectual property

The Deciqor platform, DQS system, branding, and content are protected. You may share your DQS scores publicly at your discretion. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission except as allowed by law.

Section 11: Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to fees you paid for the relevant evaluation, except where liability cannot be limited (e.g. death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, errors in third-party market data, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

Section 12: Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Courts in the Czech Republic (Prague) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rights of EU consumers.

EU consumers may use the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

For consumer disputes in the Czech Republic, the Czech Trade Inspection (ČOI) is the relevant supervisory body for certain out-of-court procedures where applicable.

Section 13: Changes to terms

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice (e.g. 30 days for material changes posted on this site and/or by email). Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Major changes may require re-acceptance in-app where technically feasible.
